Upland™ is Milford's own modular terrace system, particularly suitable for balconies and roof terraces.

The system can be used for all raised terraces where you want to maintain access to an underlay or where you need to hide any installations underneath the decking.

• Easy and invisible installation - The installation is easy and requires no specialised tools. The decks are held in place with invisible clips and connectors and can be easily removed as needed - one tile or board at a time.

• Modern surfaces inspired by nature and urban environments - Our decking is selected with a focus on quality and sustainability. Choose from durable Italian tiles or hardwearing wooden decks made with thermowood

• Environmentally documented materials - EPD declarations have been created for both the tiles and the wood decking, and CO2 calculations have been conducted on the pedestals. The wood is also FSC-certified and Nordic Swan Ecolabelled.

Upland components

Pedestals: Adjustable pedestals in six variants. Made from recycled polypropylene. Height: 17-303 mm.

Joists: Aluminium joists with and without rubber coating. Length: 2400 mm.

Titles: Italian granite porcelain tiles. Available in two series that look like natural stone or polished concrete. Colours: Anthracite, grey and beige. Size: 595x595 mm.

Wood: Ash and pine planks from Thermory, that have been heattreated. Width: 140 mm. Length: Variable.
