Terms and conditions - Sales and delivery

The following terms and conditions are applicable unless other terms are agreed in writing.

Force majeure

All orders received are subject to force majeure. Strike or lockout, damages due to flooding or fire, loss of power or machinery, national or international acts of war, missing raw material or similar delivery problems gives us the right to cancel the order entirely or partially or delay delivery.

Price

All indicated prices are firm presuming that cost prices and other costs remain unchanged. All order are delivered at the current price on the delivery date.

Offers

All offers are given without any obligations and are subject to price increases and changed delivery options. Offers are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment

Full payment within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Interest

In case of late payment we reserve the right to charge interest according to applicable law.

Ownership

Delivered goods remain the property of Milford until full payment is received.

Quantity

For goods in stock we reserve the right to make minor adjustments according to the sizes of our packages. Non-stocked goods will only be delivered in amounts corresponding to package sizes.

Delivery time

No compensation is  offered for financial loss due to delayed delivery. Delayed delivery or wrong delivery does not give the buyer right to cancel the order.

Delivery

All prices are from our warehouse in Værløse unless other agreement is made in writing.

Return

Only catalogue goods can be exchanged/returned within 30 days after confirmation from Milford’s customer service. A credit note with a 20% return deduction is granted provided that the goods are returned undamaged and in unopened original packaging and attached delivery note. The packaging must not be marked or in other ways damaged by the customer. Other or custom goods cannot be returned.

Limitation of liability

To the extent that Milford is liable to the purchaser, Milford’s liability is limited to the direct loss and thus does not include consequential damages on lost earnings, transport, operating losses, installation, etc. Milford cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from the buyer's legal relationship with third parties, or for claims made against the buyer by third parties.

Warranty

Warranty is offered according to applicable law.

Complaints

All complaints must be filed at the latest 30 days after reception of the goods. Return of goods can be done according to agreement with Milford customer service and when the goods are well packaged and delivery note is included.
